FIT Abs is a powerful class for your core and abdominal muscles
A strong core makes it easier to do most physical activities while reducing the chances of injury, lower back pain and poor posture.
This 30 minute class uses functional training to sculpt, tone and work the abdominal muscles hard.
The class is suitable for both male and female of all fitness abilities, there will be adaptations if needed.
