I’ve been training with Emma for 8 weeks now. I do a combination of Metafit and PT sessions. It’s the best thing I have ever done! I feel great! Emma is a brilliant trainer. Her style of training is the perfect balance of encouragement, support and knowing how far she can push you to get results. She genuinely cares about helping you gain confidence.
I was brand new to EH Fitness when I started online classes the first few weeks were a real struggle but Emma makes the description of the exercise so easy to follow and explains what you should be feeling and where to make it clear if you don’t have the correct posture. I felt a huge difference in my fitness levels after a month which is when I moved to outdoor Metafit classes and in the last 8 weeks I have lost over a stone in weight and my resting heart rate has reduced from 78 to 68 bpm. I couldn’t be happier.
I have now had 3 people this week say they have noticed a difference in my appearance and flatter stomach, so just wanted to thank you for helping me achieve this. I really enjoy the classes, training outdoors and the variety of training.
I was rubbish at push ups before I started your fit camp, I couldn’t do any, so I am pleased with managing 22 today. My strength has definitely increased, and I am able to work out for longer with less breaks. Thank you
This isn’t something I would shout publicly but the difference in my pelvic floor after doing your classes is like night and day. After 2 kids I had noticed a huge difference and was starting to worry but it just dawned on me that I haven’t worried or thought about it for months! Thank you so much for all your help, advice and exercises 🙂
Been doing Metafit classes for about 6 weeks now and love them such a good workout. I also signed up for the online classes which have been great at keeping me motivated and have definitely seen a difference over the 4 weeks. Great having a good fitness option so close to home.
I have used EH Fitness since lockdown. Initially, I used her online workouts whilst in lockdown. I started with the postpartum workouts before progressing to the workout challenge. Since classes have begun I attend the Sweaty Mamas class and Metfit. I love how much variety there is at EH Fitness and I have been able to find workouts that suit my needs as a postpartum mum! They have definitely aided my recovery both physically and mentally! Emma is a great instructor. She is friendly, supportive and motivating! I would recommend Emma and EH Fitness classes to anyone, but in particular feel that she does have the expertise to support postpartum mums.
Emma’s metafit classes are excellent! She is approachable and so encouraging to everyone. She demonstrates modifications for every exercise as needed but pushes you when you need it! I definitely feel fitter and stronger after attending them for the past few months.
I started recently with EH fitness doing Metafit which I have quickly grown to love, great fun classes for all abilities. Since starting the class with EH Fitness I have now booked an 8 week plan including a Weekly Personal training session. Emma has been amazing, so encouraging and the plan is completely tailored to me, my goals and my fitness level. I would highly recommend EH fitness for both Personal Training or to join one of her many classes. I can’t wait to see how I progress over the next few months.
I joined the Workout challenge and have managed to do every workout which range from 18-21 minutes and have noticed a real difference! In my first two weeks i lost 3.5″ and dropped 2lbs which was great :)I am also feeling much stronger and fitter!
It has also been great to be a part of the community that Emma has grown of others taking part in the workouts.
Emma posts the workout for us the evening before so that we have time to plan and to ask any questions about it ahead of time.
I would definitely recommend these workouts to anyone looking to stay in shape (particularly during lockdown), to improve strength and fitness and to connect with other like minded people too! The workout changes everyday so nothing is boring or repetitive. You will see a difference in yourself!
I thoroughly enjoy Emma’s classes and at the wrong side of 50, have to say I feel fitter and stronger than I ever have! Emma encourages us to challenge ourselves but to also take it at our own pace. She gives us options for each exercise. It’s so much fun as each class is varied.
I’ve been doing Emma’s Metafit classes for a few months now. Emma is a great instructor whp pushes you to work hard and I’ve really felt the benefits. Every week is different which keeps it interesring. A great all body workout that is super quick and makes you feel amazing after. I’d highly recommend! I’ve also just started the Workout Challenge online which I’m really enjoying. Emma’s poijt scoring system is great for accountability!
