My name is Emma and it is my passion to help everyone see the benefits from exercise.
Training shouldn’t be complicated; hard and challenging, yes, but there is no reason for health and fitness being more difficult than it needs to be.
I will give you the training and tools you need to make fitness and nutrition a part of your lifestyle. Everyone deserves to feel and look their best and there is no greater feeling than being happy within yourself.
I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry from gym experience, setting up Sweaty mama in the West of Edinburgh to most recently setting up EH Fitness.
My renewed passion comes after I had my son Daniel. I realised how difficult it is for new mums and dads to get back into or maintain a fitness plan which is when I bought my franchise within Sweaty Mama. The more I worked with new mums the more I realised that every challenge I had faced as a new mum, everyone had. That’s when my love of learning took over and after starting to really concentrate on pre and post-natal women I became a postnatal corrective exercise specialist.
I now have over 100 involved clients in EH Fitness of all ages, gender and ability.

EH FITcamp is a female-only class lasting 45 minutes. Offering you everything you want from a fitness class, you will work hard, sweat and have a good laugh at the same time.
These classes are suitable for pre & post-natal women to help maintain and build their fitness level whilst pregnant and after baby arrives. Enjoy all the benefits of exercise while bonding with your child.

Daily exercise and good nutritional habits come hand in hand, there is no point in exercising well if you’re not fuelling your body to match. Saying that, it doesn’t mean you need to be on a restricted diet all the time. There is no reason why you can make all the foods that are high in nutritional goodness taste so delicious you can banish the cravings for sweet, stodge or oily foods for good.
Changing consumption habits are a challenge in itself but I have created plans and guidelines to help you every step of the way. It is so easy you will wonder why you never made the change before.
All my recipes come with macronutrients breakdown, specifically the calories, carbohydrates, fat and protein. They have an ingredients list, a step by step guide on how to cook and beside every recipe is a MyFitnessPal barcode to make it easier to record your daily consumption.
